COMBOIS was founded in 1967 through an initiative by Heinrich Kuper, Germany, with the mission to exchange technical know-how and practical experience between the members. COMBOIS members are leading distribution and service companies specializing in woodworking and wood processing machines. The founding members initially were based in Europe, but today COMBOIS has 11 members from countries all over the world.

Regular events like technical conferences, information seminars and annual general meetings support the exchange of technical know-how and communication between the membership.

COMBOIS BOARD

The Combois association board is constituted by the President and two Vice Presidents. All Board officers are elected or reconfirmed at each Annual General Meeting. The Board is assisted by the Executive Manager who carries out the regular association business as instructed by the Board, arranges the meetings and is responsible for general communication exchange with the members.

MEMBERSHIP DUES

Annual membership dues are voted on and set at each AGM and are the same for all members. Currently the annual membership fee is Euro 3,000. Certain common expenses at official Combois events are shared equally by the participants.
