COMBOIS held its 2012 Annual General Meeting in New Zealand, hosted by member company W & R Jack Ltd.

First the show room of W & R jack Ltd. was visited in Auckland. Second station was Rotorua on south island of New Zealand. In Rotorua Scion is located. Scion is a Forest Research Institute dedicated to improving the international competitiveness of the New Zealand forest industry and building a stronger biobased economy. Experts explained how wood can be used as a renewable replacement for fossil fuels and other products. Scion is also the birthplace of the world’s leading plantation softwood: radiata pine (www.scionresearch.com)

In Queenstown, the last station, the meeting was held with the main topics marketing and sales training. The members exchanged experiences with marketing activities. The member from South Africa gave an interesting lecture about sales training.
