The COMBOIS Annual General Meeting 2025 was held in Australia this year, bringing together members from all countries to exchange experiences on their local markets, suppliers, and recent business developments. Host Ron Smyth was happy to welcome the members to Brisbane. A tour gave impressive impressions of the RJS Tech Group (included Wood Tech, PPTools, NanoTech).
A new member from the United States, Scarlett, Inc., was officially welcomed into the COMBOIS group. President Chris Summer highlighted the value of the international network, stating:
“Being part of the COMBOIS group has been a truly rewarding experience. Connecting with a global network of peers who face similar challenges and opportunities makes the COMBOIS AGM an invaluable opportunity to share ideas, insights, and best practices.”
The board was re-elected: Andrew Legault (CNC Automation, Canada) as President, Richard Bealing (W & R Jack Ltd, New Zealand) and Dr. Peter Handl (Handl Maschinen GesmbH & CoKG, Austria) as Vice Presidents.
Alongside the official agenda, members enjoyed meeting in person once again. The social program, including partners, featured a city tour of Brisbane, tour to Gold Coast, and provided additional opportunities for informal exchange.
