COMBOIS held its Annual General Meeting in Shanghai, hosted by member company Homag China Goldenfield Ltd.
Before the official meeting started, members visited the Shanghai Furniture Exhibition and the Woodworking Machinery Show in Shanghai Haoqiao New Conference Centre. After one day visiting Wuzhen, a historic scenic town, the official two days annual general meeting started.
Beside factory visits of Shanghai Vision (office and kitchen manufacturer), Sogal (customized wardrobes) and Kunshan Baiyulan (furniture), the COMBOIS group also visited the new building of Homag China Goldenfield near Shanghai with an impressive showroom.
In a workshop during the meeting a SWOT Analysis was working out strengths and opportunities of COMBOIS. At the end of the meeting Mats Mared (Mared J. AB Ingenjörsfirman,Sweden) was re-elected as the President, Robin Jack (W & R Jack Ltd., New Zealand) was re-confirmed as Vice President and Andrew Legault (CNC Automation, Canada) was elected as the second Vice President.
